The sheet metal factory was established in 2010 in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province,from shanghai to factory it takes 4 hours by car,2 hours by train.It covers an area of 10,000 square meters. It specializes in producing metal cover parts for models such as Chery (ARRIZO, TIGGO, etc.), JETOUR (X70, X90, T1K, etc.), and Mitsubishi (ASK, OUTLANDER, PAJERO, ECLIPSE CROSS, etc.).
The factory passes IATF16949,holds 3C and E-MARK certificate. It is equipped with advanced production machinery, including 8 cutting machines (such as robotic laser cutters, 3D laser cutting machines, plasma cutters, and profile cutting machines), 6 hydraulic presses (including open-back inclinable presses and four-column hydraulic presses), and 21 spot welding machines (such as tap-type gas shielded welding machines, integrated suspension spot welding machines, ultrasonic spot welding machines, and combined electric welding machines). Additionally, the factory is outfitted with shaping machines, shearing machines, bench drills, tapping machines.Meanwhile has various testing equipment like Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM),Salt Fog Test Machine,Universal Testing Machine (UTM) ，Hardness Tester and Inspection Device .
